- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- On a floured surface, roll out the puff pastry to about 1/8 inch thick.
- Cut the pastry into four equal squares.
- On one half of each square, add a slice of chicken ham and a portion of cheddar cheese.
- Fold the other half over the filling to form a triangle and seal the edges with a fork.
- Brush the tops with whisked egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
