  1. Crush pretzels until finely ground. Mix with melted butter and sugar, then press into greased pan. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes. Let cool.
  2. Blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip and spread over cooled crust.
