- In a large ziplock bag, mix together soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, and black pepper.
- Place chicken pieces into the marinade bag, seal carefully, and massage the marinade into the chicken.
- Refrigerate for at least 8 hours, preferably overnight.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat (375°F - 450°F).
- Remove chicken from marinade, letting excess drip off, and grill each piece for 6-8 minutes per side.
- Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
