  3. Season Beef: Combine ground beef with remaining jalapeños, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper; mix gently.
  4. Form Patties: Shape beef mixture into 6 portions, fill with cream cheese mixture, and seal with another beef portion.
  5. Cook Burgers: Heat olive oil in a skillet, cook patties for 3-4 minutes each side until golden brown.
  6. Melt Cheese (Optional): In the last minute of cooking, add cheese on top of patties to melt.
