Method
 

Prepare the Brownie Base
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a medium saucepan, melt 4 ounces of chopped unsweetened chocolate with 1 cup of unsalted butter over low heat, stirring until smooth. Allow to cool, then whisk in 1 cup of granulated sugar, 2 large eggs, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Make the Mousse

Chill the Cake
