Method
 

Baking Instructions

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

  5. Drop spoonfuls of cookie batter onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about two inches apart.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are lightly browned and centers are soft.
  7. Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  8. Prepare the frosting by beating together vegan butter, powdered sugar, cinnamon, and non-dairy milk.
  9. Generously frost each cookie once completely cooled.
