- In a medium bowl, combine 1 cup of mayonnaise, 1/4 cup of Dijon mustard, and 1/4 cup of honey. Finely mince 1–2 jalapenos based on your spice preference and add to the bowl along with 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika, and 1/2 teaspoon each of garlic powder and onion powder.
- Whisk all ingredients together vigorously for about 1 minute until smooth, and if desired, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
- Taste the sauce and adjust sweetness or spice level as you like, stirring to incorporate any changes.
- Transfer the sauce to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- After chilling, stir the sauce and it is ready to serve as a dip or glaze.
