Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine 1 cup of mayonnaise, 1/4 cup of Dijon mustard, and 1/4 cup of honey. Finely mince 1–2 jalapenos based on your spice preference and add to the bowl along with 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika, and 1/2 teaspoon each of garlic powder and onion powder.
  2. Whisk all ingredients together vigorously for about 1 minute until smooth, and if desired, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
  3. Taste the sauce and adjust sweetness or spice level as you like, stirring to incorporate any changes.
  4. Transfer the sauce to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  5. After chilling, stir the sauce and it is ready to serve as a dip or glaze.
