Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Divide the ground beef into four equal portions and shape into patties about ¾ inch thick, making an indent in the center.
  2. Combine kosher salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl. Season both sides of the patties.
  3. Heat skillet over medium-high and add vegetable oil. Cook patties for 3 minutes on one side, flip, and cook for another 3 minutes, adding cheese for the last minute.
  4. Prepare buns with mayo, layer with greens, add the patty with cheese, then top with bacon jam and sriracha before placing the top bun.
