  4. Pour the corn mixture into the skillet and spread evenly.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese generously over the corn mixture.
  6. Bake in the oven for about 10–15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Broil for an additional 1–2 minutes for a crispy top, watching closely to prevent burning.
