Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Bring 2 cups of filtered water to a boil in a medium-sized saucepan. Add 2 tablespoons of dried lavender flowers and let simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat and let the lavender steep for 15 to 20 minutes.
  3. Strain the lavender-infused water into a pitcher using a fine mesh strainer.
  4. Add 3/4 cup of sugar and 1 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice to the pitcher, stirring until sugar dissolves.
  5. Pour in an additional 2 cups of filtered water and stir to combine.
  6. Serve over ice, garnishing each glass with lemon slices.
