  3. Form Logs: Divide the dough into two portions, shape into logs about 12 inches long, wrap in plastic, and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  4. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  5. Slice & Bake Cookies: Slice logs into ½-inch rounds, place on sheets, and bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
