  2. Cream Butter and Sugar: Beat softened unsalted butter and vanilla until creamy, then slowly add powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Mix Dry Ingredients: Incorporate strawberry powder, flour, and salt into butter mixture until crumbly. Avoid overmixing.
  4. Roll Dough: Form the dough into a disc, roll to 1/4-inch thick, and chill for 1 hour.
  5. Shape Cookies: Cut out shapes with a cookie cutter, reroll scraps and chill again if necessary.
  6. Bake: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake cookies for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden.
  7. Make Glaze: Blend strawberries into a puree, then whisk into powdered sugar until smooth.
