Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. Unroll the pie crust and cut out 3 ½–4-inch circles.
  3. Place each dough circle into a greased muffin cup to form the crust.
  4. Spoon the cherry pie filling into each crust, filling them about two-thirds full.
  5. Create a lattice topping with leftover pie crust, if desired.
  6. Brush the tops with egg white and sprinkle sugar over each one.
  7. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown and filling is bubbling.
  8. Cool in the tin for 15–20 minutes before gently removing.
