  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder or fresh minced garlic for bolder taste

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Cut the sweetheart cabbage into four wedges, leaving the core intact.
  3. Mix softened butter with miso paste until smooth. Apply the mixture generously on cabbage wedges.
  4. Roast cabbage wedges in the oven for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and tender.
  5. Melt remaining butter in a skillet, add panko and garlic powder, and toast until golden and crunchy.
  6. Sprinkle toasted panko mixture on roasted cabbage and serve warm, garnished with parsley if desired.
