Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Start by rolling out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangular shape, approximately 12x16 inches.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a splash of oil. Sear the beef steak for about 4-5 minutes per side until browned.
  3. Using the same skillet, sauté the sliced bell peppers and onions on medium heat for about 4-5 minutes until soft.
  4. Lay the rolled-out pizza dough onto a lined baking sheet and layer the sliced steak, sautéed vegetables, and mozzarella cheese.
  5. Carefully roll the dough from one end to the other, pinching the ends tightly to seal.
  6. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and brush the top of the stromboli with an egg wash before baking for 25-30 minutes.
  7. Once baked, let the Stromboli cool on the baking sheet for about 10 minutes before slicing.
