  • 1/4 cup Honey or Sugar Adjust sweetness to your liking; opt for maple syrup or agave for a vegan alternative.
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract Substitute almond extract for a delightful nutty note.
  • 1 pinch Salt Balances the sweetness beautifully.
Optional Garnish
  • 1/2 cup Additional Blackberries For garnish and added visual appeal.

Preparation
  1. Thoroughly wash and dry your fresh blackberries, setting aside a few for garnish later.
  2. In a blender, combine the prepared blackberries, full-fat coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, honey or sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth.
  3. Taste the blackberry mixture and adjust the sweetness if needed by adding more honey or sugar.
  4. Pour the mixture into a shallow container, cover tightly, and freeze for at least 24 hours.
  5. After 24 hours, check the frozen mixture for solid consistency and break into manageable chunks for churning.
  6. Place chunks into the Ninja Creami canister and churn on the Ice Cream setting for 1-2 minutes.
  7. If the mixture appears crumbly, re-blend for another minute for a creamier texture.
  8. Serve immediately for a soft texture, or transfer to an airtight container and freeze for 2 hours for a firmer ice cream.
  9. Garnish with reserved blackberries before serving.
