  • 36 cookies Vanilla Oreo Cookies or vanilla sandwich cookies or graham crackers as a swap
  • ½ cup unsalted Butter melted
For the Cream Cheese Layer
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar no direct substitutes
  • 1 8 oz tub Whipped Topping or homemade whipped cream
For the Pudding Layer
  • 1 pkg Cheesecake Instant Pudding Mix or vanilla/white chocolate pudding
  • 2 cups Cold Milk whole milk recommended
For the Final Touch
  • ½ cup Holiday Sprinkles for decoration
  • 12 cookies Crushed Cookies for topping

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Optionally line a 9x13-inch baking dish with parchment paper for easy removal.
  2. Crush 36 vanilla Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter and ½ tablespoon of sprinkles. Press the mixture into the bottom of your dish.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and a dash of peppermint extract. Fold in whipped topping and another ½ tablespoon of sprinkles. Spread over the crust.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together pudding mix and cold milk until thickened. Fold in another ½ tablespoon of sprinkles and spread over the cream cheese layer.
  5. Top with remaining whipped topping, crushed cookies, and the remaining sprinkles.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
