  2. Cover black cod fillets with marinade and refrigerate for a minimum of 24 hours.
  3. Preheat grill or broiler to medium-high heat, about 400°F (200°C).
  4. Shake off excess marinade and cook fish for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden and flaky.
  5. Serve with steamed rice or sautéed vegetables, garnished as desired.
