Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Start by boiling 1 cup of water to approximately 200°F. Add hibiscus petals or tea bag and let steep for 5–7 minutes. Strain and chill in the refrigerator.
  2. In another cup of hot water, steep peach tea or mix in peach juice. Sweeten to taste and cool in the fridge.
  3. Fill glasses with ice cubes.
  4. Pour in chilled hibiscus tea, filling glasses halfway.
  5. Layer the peach tea or juice gently over the hibiscus layer using the back of a spoon.
  6. Garnish with peach slices, mint leaves, or edible flowers.
