Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. In a bowl, mix granulated sugar, light corn syrup, melted butter, vanilla extract, and the egg until smooth. Reserve 2 tablespoons of this mixture.
  3. Fold in the chopped pecans into the filling mixture until well coated.
  4. Unroll the crescent dough on the baking sheet. Place 2-3 tablespoons of pecan filling on the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Roll each triangle from wide end to narrow tip and pinch edges to seal.
