- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish lightly with butter or cooking spray.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the butter until fully liquid.
- Add the granulated sugar and cocoa powder to the melted butter and mix until smooth and glossy.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly, then mix in the eggs until smooth.
- Sift the flour and salt together, then fold into the chocolate mixture until just combined.
- Gently fold in the chopped pistachios.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Allow to cool in the pan for 15-20 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Cut into squares, dip each piece in pistachio cream, and roll in additional crushed pistachios.
