Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish lightly with butter or cooking spray.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the butter until fully liquid.
  3. Add the granulated sugar and cocoa powder to the melted butter and mix until smooth and glossy.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool slightly, then mix in the eggs until smooth.
  5. Sift the flour and salt together, then fold into the chocolate mixture until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in the chopped pistachios.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  8. Allow to cool in the pan for 15-20 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  9. Cut into squares, dip each piece in pistachio cream, and roll in additional crushed pistachios.
