Cooking Instructions
- Start by bringing a large pot of water to a rapid boil over high heat. Add the noodles and cook according to package instructions, usually around 5 minutes.
- While the noodles are cooking, combine the peanut butter, soy sauce, chili oil, black vinegar, and sugar in a mixing bowl. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
- If the peanut sauce is too thick, reserve 1-2 tablespoons of cooking water from the noodles. Mix this into the sauce to achieve the desired consistency.
- Once the noodles are cooked, drain them but do not rinse. Return them to the pot and pour the peanut sauce over, tossing gently to coat.
- Serve immediately while hot, drizzling extra chili oil on top and garnishing with cilantro or green onions.
