Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, breadcrumbs, egg, cranberry sauce, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Wet your hands and roll the mixture into about 32 medium-sized meatballs.
  4. Place the meatballs on the baking sheet, spaced apart, and bake for 20-25 minutes or until firm and browned.
  5. While the meatballs bake, heat the remaining cranberry sauce in a skillet over medium heat until simmering.
  6. Once baked, transfer the meatballs to the skillet and stir to coat in the sauce.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm as desired.
