Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Muddle the rosemary sprig in a mixing glass for about 30 seconds to release its fragrant oils.
  2. Squeeze the juice from half of the orange and half of the lemon into the mixing glass, removing any seeds.
  3. Add honey to the citrus mixture and stir vigorously for 1-2 minutes until fully dissolved.
  4. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, pour in the mixture, and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds.
  5. Strain the mixture into a tall tumbler, leaving behind bits of rosemary or pulp.
  6. Top the strained mixture with chilled sparkling water.
  7. Garnish with slices of orange, lemon, and a sprig of rosemary.
