Step-by-Step Instructions for Strawberry Sago
- Begin by bringing a pot of water to a rolling boil. Carefully add the sago pearls, stirring gently. Reduce heat and let cook for 15 minutes until they turn transparent. Remove from heat, cover, and let sit for 10-15 minutes.
- Strain the sago using a fine-mesh sieve and rinse under cold water. Transfer to a bowl filled with cold water.
- In a blender, combine the washed strawberries with evaporated milk and condensed milk. Blend until smooth, about 1-2 minutes. Chill in the refrigerator.
- In a large mixing bowl, drain the sago pearls and add them to the chilled strawberry mixture. Pour in the chilled coconut milk and gently stir until well combined.
- Scoop the Strawberry Sago mixture into dessert cups and garnish with chopped strawberries. Serve immediately.
