Step-by-Step Instructions for Strawberry Sago
  1. Begin by bringing a pot of water to a rolling boil. Carefully add the sago pearls, stirring gently. Reduce heat and let cook for 15 minutes until they turn transparent. Remove from heat, cover, and let sit for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Strain the sago using a fine-mesh sieve and rinse under cold water. Transfer to a bowl filled with cold water.
  3. In a blender, combine the washed strawberries with evaporated milk and condensed milk. Blend until smooth, about 1-2 minutes. Chill in the refrigerator.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, drain the sago pearls and add them to the chilled strawberry mixture. Pour in the chilled coconut milk and gently stir until well combined.
  5. Scoop the Strawberry Sago mixture into dessert cups and garnish with chopped strawberries. Serve immediately.
