Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, combine honey with sriracha, stirring well to create a smooth marinade. Reserve half for drizzling later.
  2. Place salmon in a shallow dish, pour remaining marinade over the top, and let marinate for about 15 minutes.
  3. Heat skillet over medium heat, add oil, and cook salmon skin-side down for 6-8 minutes until crispy. Flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  4. While salmon cooks, heat pre-cooked rice following package instructions and fluff with a fork.
  5. In serving bowls, layer warm rice, topped with salmon fillet, avocado, cucumber, and edamame.
  6. Drizzle reserved marinade over the assembled bowls and serve immediately.
