- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, peanut butter, honey, and chocolate chips until well mixed.
- Scoop the dough onto the baking sheet, leaving space between scoops for spreading.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Cool completely on the wire rack before enjoying.
