  1. Gently wipe the mushrooms with a damp paper towel and remove the stems.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Fill each mushroom cap with the cream cheese mixture and top with cheddar cheese and chives.
  4. Spray the air fryer basket with oil cooking spray and arrange the mushrooms in it.
