  • 1 large Egg or flax egg for vegan option
  • ¾ cup Milk or almond/oat milk
  • 1 cup Grated cheese cheddar or feta
  • ¼ cup Chives or green onions
  • 2 tablespoons Butter or olive oil for cooking

Preparation Steps
  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the egg and mix in the milk.

  4. Gently fold in the grated cheese and chopped chives into the batter.
  5. Heat the skillet over medium heat and add butter until melted.
  6. Pour about ¼ cup of batter for each pancake onto the skillet.
  7. Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side until bubbles form, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  8. Serve immediately, topped with preferred toppings.
