Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F). Gather and prepare your ingredients.
  2. In a bowl, combine tomato paste, oil, honey, and paprika until smooth. Coat the turkey thighs evenly.
  3. Place the coated thighs in a fireproof dish, pour broth around, cover with foil, and bake for approximately 90 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven and shred the cooked turkey using two forks.
  5. In a bowl, mix half of the shredded turkey with egg, cheese, salt, and pepper for the waffle batter.
  6. Preheat your waffle iron and pour batter onto the iron. Cook until golden brown and crispy, about 5 minutes.
  7. In a bowl, combine the remaining shredded turkey with BBQ sauce.
  8. Assemble by placing pulled turkey on waffles and garnishing with spring onions.
