  • 1 tbsp Honey to taste

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, panko breadcrumbs, chopped green onions, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and the egg. Mix gently until just combined.
  2. Take a small portion (about 1 tablespoon) and roll it into a 1-inch meatball. Place each meatball on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and let the meatballs rest for 10 minutes.
  4. Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until browned and cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C).
  5. In a bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Sriracha, lime juice, and honey until smooth. Adjust Sriracha for heat level.
  6. Allow the meatballs to rest for 5 minutes before serving with the spicy mayo dip.
