- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
- Cook the ground sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess grease and transfer to a mixing bowl.
- Mix the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper into the cooked sausage until fully combined.
- Unroll the refrigerated crescent rolls and separate the triangles, keeping them intact.
- Place a spoonful of the filling at the wide end of a crescent triangle and roll toward the pointed end, tucking in edges to secure the filling.
- Place the filled crescents on the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before garnishing with fresh parsley and serving warm.
