Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Separate the refrigerated biscuit dough into 8 pieces and flatten each into a round disc, roughly ½ inch thick.
  3. Arrange the flattened biscuits on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them evenly.
  4. In a medium bowl, mix together the cooked shrimp and lump crab meat gently.
  5. Spoon the shrimp and crab mixture onto each biscuit, top with shredded cheddar cheese and jalapeños.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until the biscuits are golden and the cheese is bubbling.
