Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Separate the refrigerated biscuit dough into 8 pieces and flatten each into a round disc, roughly ½ inch thick.
- Arrange the flattened biscuits on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them evenly.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the cooked shrimp and lump crab meat gently.
- Spoon the shrimp and crab mixture onto each biscuit, top with shredded cheddar cheese and jalapeños.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes or until the biscuits are golden and the cheese is bubbling.
- Garnish the melted biscuits with sour cream, garlic powder, paprika, and cilantro.
- Serve warm with dipping sauces and enjoy!
