Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather all ingredients and prepare your workspace.
- Carefully dice the onion, mince the garlic, and chop the celery.
- In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, Cajun seasoning, parsley flakes, thyme, black pepper, and paprika.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, and chicken broth with half of the seasoning mix.
- Drizzle chicken wings with canola oil and sprinkle the remaining seasoning mix, ensuring even coating.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the seasoned chicken wings for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Remove the wings and sauté the onion, celery, and minced garlic in the same pan for about 2 minutes.
- Return wings to the skillet, pour the soup mixture over the wings, and stir gently.
- Cover the skillet and bake for 45 minutes in the preheated oven.
- After 45 minutes, remove the cover and continue baking for another 45 minutes until fork-tender.

Notes
Allow the chicken wings to marinate in the seasoning mix for a couple of hours for deeper flavor. Always use an oven-safe lid or foil during baking to trap steam.
