Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil. Add noodles and cook according to package instructions, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant but not browned.
  3. Add sliced chicken to the skillet with the sautéed garlic. Cook for 5-7 minutes until chicken is golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  4. Toss in broccoli florets and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until bright green and slightly crisp.
  5. Pour soy sauce and chili paste into the skillet, mixing everything evenly and cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  6. Gently toss the cooked noodles into the skillet, mixing well for another 2-3 minutes over medium heat until noodles absorb the sauce.
  7. Season with salt and pepper according to taste. Stir well to distribute seasoning.
  8. Serve into individual bowls and garnish with sesame seeds or chopped green onions.
