- Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil. Add noodles and cook according to package instructions, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant but not browned.
- Add sliced chicken to the skillet with the sautéed garlic. Cook for 5-7 minutes until chicken is golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Toss in broccoli florets and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until bright green and slightly crisp.
- Pour soy sauce and chili paste into the skillet, mixing everything evenly and cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Gently toss the cooked noodles into the skillet, mixing well for another 2-3 minutes over medium heat until noodles absorb the sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper according to taste. Stir well to distribute seasoning.
- Serve into individual bowls and garnish with sesame seeds or chopped green onions.
