- Coat each piece of tenderized meat in flour, then in eggs, and finally press into breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a skillet and fry schnitzels for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Keep fried schnitzels warm in a low oven while preparing the sauce.
- In the same skillet, add white wine and scrape brown bits, then stir in mustard and herbs to make the sauce.
- Combine schnitzels with the mustard sauce and serve warm.
