Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Wash and dry apples, core and slice into wedges about one-inch thick.
  2. Lay apple slices on a parchment-lined sheet pan.

  4. Stir continuously for about 5–7 minutes until the mixture is smooth.
  5. Dip each apple slice in the melted caramel, then arrange on the sheet pan.
  6. Sprinkle desired toppings on warm caramel-coated apple slices.
  7. Allow to set for about 15–20 minutes at room temperature.
