Preparation Steps

  5. Fold in Old Bay seasoning, salt, black pepper, shrimp, and lobster. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until shrimp are pink.
  6. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt. Cut in cold butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  7. Stir in cheddar cheese and optional fresh herbs. Pour in milk, mixing until just combined.
  8. Transfer seafood mixture into a baking dish. Drop dollops of biscuit dough on top.
