Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare ingredients: dice onions, mince garlic, chop celery.
  2. In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, Cajun seasoning, parsley flakes, thyme, black pepper, and paprika to create a seasoning mix.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, half of the seasoning mix, and chicken broth until smooth.
  4. Toss chicken wings in a bowl with canola oil and remaining seasoning mix until coated.
  5. Sear seasoned wings in a skillet over medium heat for about 4–5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. In the same skillet, sauté diced onions, chopped celery, and minced garlic for 3–4 minutes until soft.
  7. Return seared wings to the skillet and pour the gravy mixture over them. Stir gently to coat.
  8. Cover the skillet and bake in the oven for 45 minutes.
  9. Remove the cover and continue baking for another 45 minutes until wings are bubbling and golden.
