- Begin by opening a 12 oz. can of frozen limeade concentrate. In a large mixing bowl or pitcher, combine the limeade with 4 cups of cold club soda instead of water for a fizzy punch. Stir gently for about 30 seconds until well blended and icy cold.
- Slice a lime into thin rounds, using about 5-6 slices for the right balance. Take around 8-10 fresh mint sprigs and bruise the leaves to release aromatic oils.
- Carefully add the lime slices and bruised mint to the limeade mixture. Stir gently for another 30 seconds, allowing the mint flavor to infuse.
- Serve immediately in chilled glasses, filling each glass about two-thirds full. Optionally, garnish with an extra mint sprig or a slice of lime.
