Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a food processor, combine cream cheese, honey, and cinnamon. Blend on medium speed for about 1 minute until smooth and creamy.
  2. Preheat your broiler to high. Slice the French baguette into ½-inch thick rounds. Dip one cut side of each slice in olive oil, ensuring it's evenly coated. Arrange oil-side up on a baking sheet.
  3. Place the baking sheet under the broiler. Broil the baguette slices for about 1 to 2 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Remove the toasted baguette slices and allow them to cool slightly. Generously spread the creamy mixture on each toast.
  5. Distribute Fuyu persimmon slices on top of each cream cheese-covered toast. Sprinkle pomegranate seeds and chopped pecans on top.
  6. Drizzle any remaining honey over the assembled treats and serve immediately for the best flavor experience.
