- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Carefully slice the fresh croissants open without cutting all the way through, creating a pocket.
- Generously layer the inside of each croissant with your spicy buffalo honey mustard sauce.
- Add a slice or two of savory deli ham over the sauce, then top with creamy pepper jack cheese.
- Melt a little butter and brush the exterior of each filled croissant.
- Sprinkle poppy seeds or sesame seeds on top if desired.
- Place the croissants in the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes before serving hot.
