  • 8 oz Spinach Pasta Any shape such as spaghetti or penne
  • 1 jar Pasta Sauce Your favorite jarred or homemade sauce
For the Eyeballs
  • ½ per person Mozzarella Cheese Strings Slice into discs
  • 10 pieces Black Olives Halved for pupils
Optional Toppings
  • a few drops Green Food Coloring For vibrant pasta color

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Slice the mozzarella cheese strings into ¼" thick rounds and cut the black olives in half lengthwise.
  2. Use a straw to cut out small circles from the mozzarella discs and punch out pieces from the halved olives. Assemble the eyeballs.
  3. Bring water to a boil, add salt, and cook spinach pasta for 8 to 10 minutes until al dente.
  4. Heat the pasta sauce in a saucepan until warm and bubbling, then toss the drained pasta in it.
  5. Plate the sauced spinach pasta and arrange the assembled eyeballs on top before serving.
