Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine brownie mix, eggs, melted butter, cold coffee, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for approximately 25 minutes.
  3. Remove brownies from oven and allow to cool in the pan on a wire rack for about 30-40 minutes.
  4. Use a star-shaped cookie cutter to cut shapes from the cooled brownies.
  5. Melt blue candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl. Drizzle over star brownies.
  6. While candy melts are warm, sprinkle red, white, and blue sprinkles over the brownies. Allow to set for 10-15 minutes before serving.
