  • 1/2 cup Bourbon Any whiskey can substitute or omit for non-alcoholic version

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Prepare the Chicken: Cut chicken thighs into 1-inch strips and thread onto soaked wooden skewers, leaving space between pieces.
  2. Whisk the Marinade: In a bowl, combine olive oil, honey, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, and bourbon. Whisk until blended.
  3. Marinate the Chicken: Pour marinade over skewered chicken, coating generously. Marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  4. Heat the Sauce: In a medium saucepan, heat remaining marinade over medium heat and simmer for about 10 minutes until thickened.
  5. Cook the Skewers: Add marinated skewers to the sauce and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken reaches 165°F.
  6. Serve and Enjoy: Remove skewers from the pan and serve hot with remaining sauce for dipping.
