- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x9-inch baking pan with aluminum foil, leaving overhang for easy removal. Grease lightly.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the soft unsalted butter on medium speed until smooth and creamy.
- Add the strawberry cake mix and egg to the creamed butter. Stir with a spatula until a thick dough forms.
- Press half to two-thirds of the dough evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan for a firm base.
- Sprinkle white chocolate chips evenly over the dough layer.
- Drizzle sweetened condensed milk over the white chocolate chips evenly.
- Crumble the remaining dough over the top, covering most of the white chocolate chips.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 27 to 30 minutes until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
- Remove from oven and let it cool on a wire rack for at least 2 hours before slicing.
