Cooking Steps

  5. Pour the brown sugar garlic mixture over the pork chops, coating them well.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  7. Let the pork chops rest for a few minutes before serving.
  8. Serve hot, drizzling any remaining glaze over the top.
