- Marinate the wings in a bowl with cayenne, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper for at least 30 minutes.
- Prepare the coating by mixing cornstarch and flour in one bowl and beating an egg in another. Coat the marinated wings in the egg and then the flour mixture.
- Heat oil in a Dutch oven to 375°F. Fry the wings in batches for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Prepare the honey garlic sauce by melting butter and adding minced garlic, hot sauce, and honey. Simmer until slightly thickened.
