  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder Fresh minced garlic can be used
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper
For the Glaze
  • 0.5 cup Honey Use maple syrup or agave for vegan
  • 0.25 cup Sriracha Adjust for heat preference
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce Tamari for gluten-free choice
  • 2 tbsp Rice Vinegar Substitutes: apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Seeds Optional garnish

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather mixing bowl and baking sheets.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground meat, breadcrumbs, eggs, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  3. Roll the meat mixture into 1.5-inch meatballs, aiming for about 40 in total. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until cooked through and lightly browned.
  5. In a bowl, whisk together honey, sriracha, soy sauce, and rice vinegar. Adjust sriracha to desired heat level.
  6. Toss the cooked meatballs in the glaze until thoroughly coated.
  7. Return the glazed meatballs to the oven for 5-10 minutes to set the glaze. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds if desired.
