For the Glaze
  • 1/2 cup Honey Use maple syrup or agave for a vegan option.
  • 1/4 cup Sriracha Adjust according to your preferred spice level.
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce Tamari can be used for a gluten-free choice.
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar Apple cider vinegar or lemon juice can be substitutes.
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds Optional garnish.

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground meat, breadcrumbs, eggs, chopped green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
  3. Roll small portions of the mixture into 1.5-inch balls, aiming for about 40 meatballs in total. Place each meatball on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until cooked through and lightly browned.
  5. In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, sriracha, soy sauce, and rice vinegar until well combined.
  6. Once meatballs are cooked, toss them in the honey sriracha glaze until thoroughly coated.
  7. Return the glazed meatballs to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes if desired, then serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds.
