- Roll small portions of the mixture into 1.5-inch balls, aiming for about 40 meatballs in total. Place each meatball on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until cooked through and lightly browned.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, sriracha, soy sauce, and rice vinegar until well combined.
- Once meatballs are cooked, toss them in the honey sriracha glaze until thoroughly coated.
- Return the glazed meatballs to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes if desired, then serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds.
